Our Chair Fleet Program features a comprehensive range of intensive-use chairs available through adaptable 3- or 5-year lease agreements. Facilities have the option to fully customize their chair setups by mixing models and choosing between black cloth or black alternative leather to align with staff preferences. Each year during the lease term, we will replace your chairs with a fresh set that maintains the same configuration. Should any issues arise between exchanges, our Service Team is ready to assist with troubleshooting and determine if an on-site service visit is necessary. Payment options are available quarterly, yearly, or as a one-time payment. A complete showcase of available chair models can be provided upon request.

The Choice Plan

How it works:

* For a one-time fee of $100.00 per chair, you can make one chair model change per contract.

* For a one-time fee of $200.00 for two chairs, you can make two chair model changes per contract.

* For a one-time fee of $300.00 for three chairs, you can make three chair model changes per contract, and so on.

This fee must be paid during the first year of your payment plan. Please note that this is a "use it or lose it" option within the 3 or 5-year contract period.

Exchanges will occur during our regular yearly chair exchange. We simply ask for an 8-week prior notice to facilitate the exchange; otherwise, additional delivery times may apply.

If you choose to change chair models within the same price level, there will be no additional cost. Should you decide to upgrade to a new price level, the cost difference of the chair models will be applied during that year's exchange.

We believe this plan provides an even greater choice while providing the convenience of lower costs for a mid-contract chair configuration change.
