Welcome to Dispatch Education!! Lisa and Bethany here with part three of our movement series. Today we want to talk about the impact of movement.
You know it is good to move. You know you should, but what impact will it have?
1. You'll burn more calories. That might lead to weight loss
2. It will increase energy.
3. Physical activity helps maintain muscle tone
4. Movement helps your ability to move as you age.
5. Your mental well-being is positively impacted.
6. It increased your ability to focus.
7. Movement also helps you to be more alert.
So today we are encouraging you to step up your game. Do the Mover and the Shaker. This is a classic for us and one of our favorites. You might remember. “THE MOVER AND SHAKER”
